Erratum to:Perinatal Outcomes of High-Risk Pregnancies: Experience of a Tertiary Care Hospital

Abstract

The manuscript has several methodological, statistical, and referencing issues. The main concerns include convenience sampling and limited generalizability, inadequate control of confounding due to the absence of multivariable analysis, and inconsistencies in the reported sample-size justification and follow-up information. There are also multiple citation errors, including irrelevant, missing, and incorrectly matched references.
now we Clearly justify the sampling method and sample size, report follow-up and outcome data consistently, and use appropriate multivariable analysis where feasible to address confounding.
